How it works / 04 chapters

Request.
Match. Visit.
Report.

Four chapters. The whole engagement, described in the order it happens.

Request
Chapter I

Request.

A phone call. Twenty minutes, usually less. We ask about the elder — what they like, what they avoid, what the family worries about. Nothing is committed.

Match
Chapter II

Match.

We propose one or two companions based on language, temperament, and household fit. A first meeting is arranged at home, with a family member present. There is no charge for this meeting.

Visit
Chapter III

Visit.

Visits begin at the cadence the family chooses — twice a week, daily, weekends only. The companion arrives on time, removes shoes at the door, and stays for the hours agreed.

Report
Chapter IV

Report.

After each visit, a short written summary goes to the named family contact: mood, activity, any observation worth knowing. Nothing dramatic — the steady record that lets distant family rest a little easier.
